On behalf of my fellow body corporate residents (4 villas and 2 townhouses) in Caringbah, we have no hesitation in congratulating Felix’ Paint team (Mark & Tim) for an excellent job well done. The job entailed cleaning & painting of all external woodwork - eaves, fascias, barge boards and gables - which was last done more than 15 years ago.

The guys were professional in the way they conducted themselves, were a pleasure to deal with and communicated well.

The job involved some working at heights but safety precautions were always adhered to.

Our body corporate buildings look great again.
